Conflict Resolution(arbitration)

Detailed steps:

  • RCA receive a request from cooperative for arbitration or RCA identify the need for arbitration
  • RCA designate the staff for arbitration
  • Designated Staff assess the case
  • Designated Staff hear explanation of the incidence from both sides
  • Designated Staff assess the explanation and produce report indicating how the issue was solved.
  • The report is submitted to the Manager
